the intention of keeping a regular blog, but i also at one point wanted
to go back to wordpress. However the wordpress site is highly
inaccessible, and extremely annoying, and that's with a real browser.
When i first started this blog i had intended to get back involved with
gentoo, but i got very sick very quickly. Well, i was sick then, but my
condition deteriated to where i was in and out of the hospital
repeatedly. I had surgery on the 25th of april to install a pacemaker in
my stomach and since then, i've been incredibley more stable. The side
effect of the surgery though was that i dropped out of getting involved
with gentoo because i was too sick to do much, and got busy.
I also got married on june 4th. My husband came down here on may 31st
and we were married june 4th.
I have to say honestly that i love being married. Chris and i make a
great team, we're very close and we get along incredibley well.
Marriage has presented it's own set of challenges. I've been alone for
so long that it takes a while to get used to having someone in your life
and everyday activities. It's been easy to get used to that. I love
cooking for chris. We get together in the kitchen and make these giant
1-pot meals. This is lots of fun.
