herbal medicine and christmmas

So for the past year or so we've been looking at herbs to treat aa lot
of my medical problems, and we've had some rather intteresting success.

Skullcap and valerian work very well for angziety/calming effects
skullcap also helps with female issues.

We've been using california poppy extract for my pain. doctor oz talked
about this earlier this year and i've been wanting to try it. Basically
it works on the opiatee receptors. not sure how but it's as effective as
the pain meds. I ordered it last month and got it and it does work
incredibley well. However it tastes terrible.

Christmas this year should be interesting. It's mainly chhrris and i but
my plan is to makee dinner for roger and kathleen and take it over to
them. She's having surgery that week so i figure they'll enjoy some dinner.

Not sure what else we'll do for christtmas though i think chris is going
to take that week off.

homeopathy and chiropractors

Well we've been in California now since July and it's been a fun
experience. We're having issues trying to get my pacemaker battery
changed but hopefully it will hold out till that's done.

So last month i started seeing a homeopath and found it an interesting
experience.

I'm no longer on a liquid diet, and i'm actually hungry these days. I'm
also seeing small little improvements over all. The skin rash i had is
gone, my energy levels seem to be up.

The homeopath said that he may even be able to get me off all of the
medications i'm on with in 6 months to a year. Here's to hoping it all
works out!

We're starting to meet a lot of nice people here. I go to breakfast etc
with one of chris's coworker's wife. Her name is kathleen. She's
extremely nice, as is roger her husband.

Chris and i went to dinner with them a couple weeks ago and we had a blast.
